Shipping & Delivery:
Carpet orders are delivered within 12-15 working days from the date of shipping.
Carpets are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and request you to check your order upon receipt.

Our office timings are 10:00 am – 6:30 pm from Monday to Saturday. (Excluding National Holidays).

Exchange and Returns:
Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order to receive refund or replacement.
Kindly provide multiple images: With the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed, as this is essential for processing the return or exchange.
Prepaid Order Refund: Processed within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
COD Order Refund: Processed between 8-10 working days after the product is picked up from your location and upon receiving your bank details. No cash refunds
